1. About us:

Traditionally when St. Peter died, he asked to be crucified on an inverted cross. He did this because he did not consider himself worthy of dying in the same manner as Jesus. Unlike an upside down crucifix which is used to invert and subvert its' meaning, there is nothing satanic about an upside down cross. We are not a religious group, nor do we claim to have any affiliation or control over any specific religions or beliefs. The inverted cross represents our "lack of worthiness" to mainstream societal standards and expectations. If you don't like it, write a letter to the Pope. We got the idea from him. We are not a club and we claim no geographical area, turf or territory. We are a collective of free thinking artists proficient in different mediums ranging from music production and digital design, to baking, painting and tattooing. We support each other, keep to our own and openly represent what we feel in our hearts.  So hang us from the cross, like Peter feet up. We ain't the Anti-Christ, just ain't as good as Jesus straight up. We are The Natural Born Sinner™ Artistry Collective.

2. Membership and tiers:

Tier one is for signified membership (signified sinners). Tier one membership gets you the vest with all the patches and perks. Once your tier one signified membership application is approved, and you have paid your $250 buy in to cover the cost of materials, you're in like Flynn. Like what we're about? Want to represent but still want to do your own thing? Tier two is for affiliated members (affiliated sinners) who want to support the cause but (currently) don't have the time or room in their lives for signified commitment. Tier two members do not receive a vest with the 9"x9" NBS back patch like tier one members. However, tier two members do receive a smaller, 4"x4" Natural Born Sinner™ side patch to display on the garment of their choice. Once your tier two affiliated membership application is approved, and you have paid your $35 buy in to cover the cost of materials, again, you are in like Flynn. Tier three is for fans and supporters (support sinners). They are not members of the collective (signified or affiliated). Tier three fans and supporters support the collective and brand via purchasing of merchandise including but not limited to t-shirts and clothing. Tier three fans and supporters do not receive patches. You start at tier three, and work your way up from there. While tier two and tier three are the forefront of this movement, tier one is for highly committed individuals willing to sacrifice and push this vision forward by making real, hard moves. It's up to you to choose and prove how far you want to go with us.

3. Code of conduct/social expectations (tier one and tier two members only):

As a member (signified or affiliated) of the Natural Born Sinner™ Artistry Collective, it is important to realize that we all represent each other. You are to always be on your best behavior when representing The Natural Born Sinner™ Artistry Collective. If you act like an ass, that negatively reflects bad on all of us. We all live very busy, hectic lives. So take care and make sure not to add any extra stresses to anybody's agendas involved in this collective. Out of respect, it is a rightful duty we all need to uphold. You will not start fights of any kind, verbal or physical. You must conduct yourself in a calm, respectful manner. Do not bring any bad innuendo into this group. Any illegal activities is strictly prohibited while representing this collective. If you have to take care of business, take your vest/patch off first. Do not physically associate any criminal activities with this collective at anytime at all whatsoever. Natural Born Sinner™ Artistry collective is the indefinite owner and sole proprietor of all collective membership patches and vests. They are collective property and at any time these items can be revoked and stripped of your possession if any infractions listed above are made.

4. Public and private functions, attendance and staying active (tier one and tier two members only):

The purpose of The Natural Born Sinner™ Artistry Collective is to provide members with a sense of identity and receive a possible gain in momentum through support, exposure and the power of numbers. It is challenging to gain a solid fan base as an independent artist. The Natural Born Sinner™ Artistry Collective's goal is to give artists a solid communal platform in which they will be placed in settings rich with career gains, opportunities and exposure. This is a group effort, and can only be accomplished if each member is active in attendance with other members' publishings. In order to maintain active membership within the Natural Born Sinner™ Artistry Collective as a signified member, you must hold a minimum consistent public and private collective function attendance of 55% annually. In order to maintain active membership within the Natural Born Sinner™ Artistry Collective as an affiliated member, you must hold a minimum consistent public, and private collective function attendance of 30% annually. It is of the utmost importance that we all realize the only way we succeed at this, is if we all succeed together. The mindset we are looking for in members is not "what can the collective do for me," but "what can I do for the collective." Support is crucial. It is the core essence of what we stand for in this collective. We all help each other succeed in order to see success for ourselves.

5. Collective paraphernalia policy and procedure/representation requirements (tier one and tier two members only):

Each signified member of the Natural Born Sinner™ Artistry Collective is issued an official collective vest to represent their signified membership within the collective. Each affiliated member of the Natural Born Sinner™ Artistry Collective is issued an official collective patch to represent their affiliated membership within the collective. It is mandatory for each and every member (signified or affiliated) at both public and private collective functions to be wearing their vest/patch. It is important for others to know you have earned your place as a member in this collective and are no longer an independent artist. Pride is an important factor here because when people see our collective members together signifying their affiliation as members, it adds curiosity and draws interest to our collective. Becoming a member of this collective is not an easy task. Before even stepping up to bat at an application, one has to pay their dues and first become at minimum, proficient in the artistic medium of their choice(s). These vests/patches represent years of hard work and sacrifice. It is your official collective vest/patch. DO NOT under any circumstances ever allow anybody else ever to wear your collective vest/patch or to try on your collective vest/patch. Wear it with pride. You, and you only earned it.

6. Collective publication process, standards and procedure (tier one and tier two members only):

Before any publications can be released through The Natural Born Sinner™ Artistry Collective, all publishings via any medium must be run through and approved by a  review board process. Publishing requests need to be unanimously approved by all collective tier one members. Do not let this deter you for if you already made it into membership, you made it through the hard part. That means we like what you do and chances are slim to none any of your publishing requests will be denied. The board review process is important because there needs to be a certain level of quality and consistency held to our publishings. This is our way of quality assurance. Remember, as a member (signified or affiliated) of the Natural Born Sinner™ Artistry Collective, it is important to realize that we all represent each other.

7. Non-disclosure agreement (tier one members only):

In order to further add protective worth and value to this collective's operations, we ask that you sign a nondisclosure agreement to protect any unpublished work coming from signified collective members. Non disclosure agreements (NDAs) are rather common in business settings. It's nothing personal, it's just business. NDAs add worth to our collective's functions because it makes what were are doing unopened to the public until published. If you want to know what we are up to before everybody else, you have to be a tier one signified member. Collective business is collective business and should only be shared with other signified collective members until published or said otherwise by proprietor of unpublished property. Not only does an NDA protect our unpublished workings from being revealed (or stolen) before publishing, trademarking or copyrighting etc etc. NDAs draw people into the fact that we take pride in keeping our business inside of our circle so outsiders don't get ahold of our collective functions.
